Biography
Tarah specializes in general civil litigation, bringing a fresh, efficient, and detail-oriented approach to resolving legal disputes. Tarah’s diverse experience allows her to approach cases through multiple analytical lenses. She is dedicated to providing high quality representation and obtaining the most favorable outcome for her clients.
Prior to joining Hicks Davis Wynn, Tarah served as a law clerk to United States Magistrate Judges Sam Sheldon, Andrew Edison, and Richard Bennett for the Southern District of Texas. During these clerkships, she worked closely with each judge on complex civil litigation issues and authored numerous memorandums and recommendations, orders, and opinions.
Tarah graduated summa cum laude from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania where she received a BA in political science with a minor in Spanish and obtained her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston. Following her undergraduate degree and preceding law school, Tarah worked as a paralegal, focusing on real estate transactions, business disputes, veterans’ affairs, and estate planning.
